Fraud Alerts

Fraud alerts are automated phone calls, text messages, or emails that are sent when potentially fraudulent purchase activity has been detected on a credit/debit card account. Messages are triggered by Campco FCU’s fraud detection system. All cardholders are automatically opted into fraud alerts, with no additional signup required.

Transaction alerts for every day purchases not suspected of being fraudulent can also be enabled through the MyCU Card mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
